Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and automation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational workflows, automating reporting and data processing, and utilizing Google Analytics for data tracking and insights.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, drive data-driven decision-making, and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Analyzing and automating operational workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Developing SQL queries and using Python to automate reporting and data processing.
  • Utilizing Google Analytics and other relevant tools for data tracking and insights.
  • Creative dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Managing ticketing systems to optimize process tracking across teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and automation.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
