Bookkeeper And Inventory Control Specialist

Job Title: Bookkeeper and Inventory Control Specialist.

Salary Range: PKR 25,000 - 30,000.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily expenses and sales, prepare sales invoices, perform daily administrative tasks, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Daily Expenses and Sales: Record and process all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Create Sales Invoices: Prepare and send invoices to customers for goods sold or services rendered.
  3. Perform Daily Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: Count and record inventory levels regularly, ensuring that stock is accurately reflected on the balance sheet.
  5. Track Inventory: Monitor inventory movements in and out of the company, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Accounting Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
  2. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for maintaining accurate financial records and managing inventory.
  3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  4. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are required for working effectively with colleagues and management.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
