Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  1. Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer complaints.
  2. Experience in outbound sales to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  3. Flexibility to work night shifts from 6 PM to 1 AM to accommodate our 24/7 operations.
  4. A strong background in customer service to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Please note that you will handle approximately 10-15 calls per day, ensuring personalized attention to each customer interaction.
