Key Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market, informing our social media strategy.
  • Create high-quality content (text, images, video) that resonates with our target audience and encourages meaningful interactions.
  • Optimize company pages on each social media platform to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Moderate user-generated content according to established moderation policies for each community.
  • Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Analyze social data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in social media marketing or digital media specialization.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking expertise and proficiency in social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and major marketing strategies.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English language.
