Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

IBG Digital seeks a highly skilled professional to lead Paid Social and Digital efforts in Islamabad. This individual must be ambitious, eager to learn and grow, and passionate about partnering with industry leaders.

This role requires strong experience in paid social marketing to develop strategies, implement, and execute paid media campaigns while maintaining fluency in broader digital buying, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented mindset, ability to multitask, and think outside the box in this fast-paced channel.

The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist will drive insights and guide clients' business through advanced optimization and analytical skills, making actionable decisions based on data. This role is crucial to the overall success of the team, our clients, and the organization, as it involves overseeing and optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass client success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of media campaigns with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to meet client goals.
  • Analyze complex issues and develop relevant plans, programs, tests, and recommendations.
  • Daily monitoring of pacing and optimizations, adjusting campaign levers as needed.
  • Data analysis and reporting to communicate campaign results and findings.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for bulk implementation and creative/content recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of business experience, with majority in media.
  • Experience working with finance vertical or highly acquisition-centric businesses.
  • Paid Social experience, operating on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience in other digital channels like SEM, Programmatic, Display, a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of clients' goals and campaign strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of trends and tools for paid social media platforms.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex issues and developing relevant plans.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and calm demeanor under pressure.
