- Facilitate day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling, and internal meetings as required.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including double-entry bookkeeping and petty cash management.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and accountants, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Accounting, etc.).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration and/or finance roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with basic accounting tools is beneficial.
