Administrative Assistant - Finance Support

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • Facilitate day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling, and internal meetings as required.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including double-entry bookkeeping and petty cash management.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and accountants, to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Accounting, etc.).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration and/or finance roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting tools is beneficial.
