Our organization seeks a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth functioning of our organization.

  • Key responsibilities include handling general office administration, document management, record-keeping, correspondence, and coordinating office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, maintain and update company databases, files, and records, and support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Admin Officer or Office Administrator, is essential
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for success in this position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and communication
