We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our export operations, ensuring timely order processing and efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Export Manager in handling all export documentation, shipping, and logistics.
  2. Liaise with international clients, agents, and distributors to ensure efficient and timely order processing.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  4. Coordinate with production, quality control, and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  6. Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts.
  7. Evaluate customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  8. Stay updated with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
