Job Description\

As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. You will develop and implement effective sales plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with approved plans.

You will also lead regular client visits and maintain coordination with vendors and partners. Additionally, you will manage the sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, retention, and development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, management, and motivation skills. Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and AI applications is also required.
