
Enterprise Sales Leader

About This Role
This is a senior sales leadership position that will drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships across the enterprise landscape in Pakistan and the Middle East. We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with expertise in AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic alliances with technology leaders to expand our presence in the region.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure for key accounts.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure upsells, renewals, and high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client outcomes.
- Work closely with product teams to identify whitespace opportunities and shape new service offerings.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in a hybrid sales and business development role within IT services, AI, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrate success in closing deals and establishing impactful technology partnerships or alliances.
- Deep domain expertise in AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions.
- A strong network of connections within Fortune 500 companies and the broader tech ecosystem.
- Outstanding skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead both tactical sales execution and strategic growth initiatives in a dynamic environment.
