Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of natural gas measuring equipment installed at industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Management: Supervise the operation of natural gas measuring equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  2. Data Acquisition System Management: Manage the Data Acquisition System for customer meter stations, monitoring performance and optimizing operations.
  3. Remote Monitoring Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on remote monitoring equipment to ensure accurate data transmission.
  4. Exception Reporting: Monitor and report exceptions through the Remote Monitoring system, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Dashboards and Screens Design: Develop dashboards and screens for real-time monitoring and exception reporting.
  6. Procurement Management: Oversee procurement of necessary spares and equipment, adhering to technical specifications.
  7. Manpower Optimization: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize manpower utilization.
  8. KPI Development and Implementation: Establish key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility, driving individual growth and team performance.
  9. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of problems, coordinating with relevant departments for swift resolution.
  10. Field Activities Coordination: Coordinate installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of data acquisition equipment across the network.
  11. Precise Gas Management: Ensure accurate measurement and pressure adherence according to demand-supply analysis.
  12. Budget Management: Develop and implement budgets for Operations, Maintenance, Revenue, and Capital expenditure for the department.
  13. Spare Procurement Management: Manage procurement of spares and equipment according to technical specifications.
  14. Technical Evaluation: Evaluate bids for procurement through the procurement department.
  15. Emergency Procedures: Develop emergency and contingency procedures for addressing complaints promptly.
  16. Data Acquisition Equipment Operation: Uphold safe, reliable, and efficient operation of data acquisition equipment.
  17. Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
