Job Overview

A successful candidate will be an agile leader with strong adaptability skills, transforming teams into high-performing units. We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee departmental activities and ensure seamless execution.

  • Manage a team of 50-60 people effectively by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
  • Execute department operations efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining customer service standards.
  • Develop a performance-driven team that achieves assigned targets by analyzing training needs and developing staff for next-level roles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations, including leave and shift management, to ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Monitor ongoing projects, identify potential roadblocks, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate with a BBA/MBA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Leadership skills, team management, process creation and revamp knowledge, project management, situation handling, proactive approach, calm demeanor, hardworking and intelligent attitude, time-driven, soft-spoken, dedicated to assigned tasks, quick learner, team player, and solid individual contributor.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing different teams and departments is required.
  • International recruitment, customer support & services, business operations, call center operations, and project management experience are desired.
