Human Resource Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resource Manager to lead the operational functions of the HR department.

This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee development, policy enforcement, and compliance management, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and make informed hiring decisions to meet business needs.
  • Employee Development: Create learning opportunities to foster employee growth and enhance job satisfaction.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and federal employment laws.
  • Compliance Management: Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes, best practices, and industry trends in human resources and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum three years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and organizational HR systems.
