Job Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Upskilling Programs: Develop and implement targeted upskilling programs for factory staff using a blended learning approach.
  2. Collaboration with Functional Leads: Work closely with functional leads to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
  3. Capability Framework Governance: Maintain governance of the capability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  4. Training Effectiveness: Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through feedback and data.
  5. Capability Structure Governance: Lead the capability structure and maintain its governance regime through detailed training needs analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience – Fresh Graduates can also apply
