Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted upskilling programs for factory staff using a blended learning approach (classroom, digital, on-the-job).
  • Collaborate with functional leads to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
  • Maintain governance of the capability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Lead a targeted program for the upskilling of factory staff, employing a blended approach.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through feedback and data.
  • Lead the capability structure and maintain its governance regime through detailed training needs analysis.
  • Lead the capability leg for People Development Pillar as part of the Unilever Manufacturing System structure.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or Engineering)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience – Fresh Graduates can also apply

  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
