High-Quality UI/UX Designer & Frontend QA Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused and creative professional to join our team as a UI/UX Designer & Frontend QA Specialist. In this role, you will create modern, user-centric designs, guide developers with best practices for implementation, and perform thorough QA testing to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create website and application interfaces in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, following user experience best practices.
  • Closely collaborate with frontend developers to translate design mockups into code, advising on tools like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS Grid, or Flexbox.
  • Develop responsive and interactive prototypes, and provide detailed design handoffs using Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or similar.
  • Recommend frontend libraries or UI frameworks that align with the design intent and performance goals.
  • Conduct UX/UI audits and usability testing to identify friction points and propose design improvements.
  • Document UI behavior, animations, spacing, and interactions using Design Tokens, Style Guides, or Component Libraries.
  • Log bugs and enhancements using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and follow up with development teams to ensure resolution.
Preferred Tools & Skills:
  • Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Frontend Understanding: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass, JavaScript basics.
  • Prototyping & Handoff: Figma, Zeplin, InVision Testing: Responsively App, Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Hotjar.
  • Collaboration & Task Management: Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of component-based design (e.g., React components), accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design with front end implementation exposure.
  • A strong eye for detail and consistency.
  • Solid communication skills to act as the bridge between creative and technical teams.
