Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator who will collaborate with leadership, teams, and clients to deliver programs, projects, processes, and performance-related reports and data analysis.
  • The successful candidate will provide progress reports, continuously improving projects, processes, and people maturity based on Excellence KPIs and metrics outlined across the enterprise.
  • They will build project plans, track progress, manage quality expectations, and analyze project data to identify areas for improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will apply data-led Evidence-Based Management, Decision Support, and Performance Coaching to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of Scrum product development framework.
  • Skills in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Clickup, or similar project management environments.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for management presentations.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage product development.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
