Job Title: Strategic Project Coordinator

The role of a Technical Project Manager is pivotal in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of end-to-end project execution, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery of results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet defined objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, address blockers, and implement effective resolutions to ensure project continuity.
  • Foster collaboration among functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent updates on project progress.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies to drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and project health metrics to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-focused environments.
  • PMP or Agile certification is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
