Role Summary:

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement operating and capital budgets that support organizational objectives.
  • Closely monitor expenses and develop controls to maintain budgetary constraints.
  • Foster strong relationships with external agencies, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Coordinate and supervise annual audits to ensure timely completion and review of results.
  • Review financial statements, books of accounts, and fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain close liaison with internal audit manager to ensure implementation of financial controls and recommendations.
  • Promptly prepare and submit statutory periodic reports and returns accurately.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
Requirements

Strong expertise in financial policy, procedures, and controls. Proficient in accounting software such as Quick Books and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
