Mission-Driven Business Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Mission-Driven Business Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for making a positive impact on society and a proven track record of driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including international NGOs, NPOs, IMFN, USAID, UNDP, and other organizations working to alleviate poverty.
  • Promote the organization's mission through various marketing channels, including social media, BTL & ATL promotional activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fundraising efforts, developing proposals for international NGOs, and securing grants from international and local organizations to support poverty alleviation initiatives in Pakistan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of business growth and development.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Visionary personality with a passion for making a positive impact on society.

The Mission-Driven Business Professional will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
