Highly Skilled Software Tester

Our organization seeks a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Software Quality Assurance Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and be proficient in Agile methodologies.
About the Role:The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing verification of features, taking full ownership of QA artifacts, identifying execution gaps, and owning process improvements. Additionally, they will analyze ES and customer-facing issues, aid in retrospecting possible customer issues with leads, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases
- Take full ownership of all QA artifacts
- Identify execution gaps and own process improvements
- Analyze ES and customer-facing issues being reported for your org
- Aid in retrospecting possible customer issues with leads
- Document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications
- 2+ years of experience in software testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles
- Ability to take ownership of manual testing tasks
- Experience in both manual testing and automation
- Knowledge of issue tracking tools (JIRA preferred)
- Understanding of Software Design Specifications
- Basic knowledge of Rest API
