We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Solutions Developer to join our team. As a trusted partner to financial organizations, we navigate regulatory complexities with straightforward technology solutions.
Job Requirements- Design innovative compliance solutions for financial institutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand and analyze requirements.
- Take lead on challenging projects, providing technical guidance to junior team members.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI, and DevOps, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in software development.
- At least 3 years of experience, specifically in developing compliance solutions for financial institutions.
- Strong proficiency in .NET, React, and Nodejs.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations within the financial sector (e.g., KYC, AML).
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
