About the Role

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of work experience, looking to build their careers in E-commerce and develop a strong understanding of online sales channels.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Associate. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing our product listings on various platforms, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting products on multiple e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Best Buy, and eBay
  • Ensuring product pricing is competitive compared to competitors
  • Managing the inventory of products posted on e-commerce platforms and deprecating out of stock products
  • Creatings product listings on our website and other platforms, as directed
  • Order management including fulfillment, request for quotes, and handling order returns, as required
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers, as applicable per line manager assigned responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, 1 to 3 years experience is an asset. Training will be provided.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Strong computer usage skills – quick navigator across multiple websites and applications
