Job Title: Textile Sales Professional

As a textile sales representative, you will be responsible for fostering business relationships with retail or wholesale buyers to purchase our raw materials. This involves establishing and maintaining contact with potential customers, identifying and targeting key prospects, and addressing their inquiries about products, pricing, credit terms, and other matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting and meeting with potential buyers
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests, demonstrate and explain products, and provide samples and catalogs
  • Negotiate contracts, credit terms, and warranties, as well as provide support to customers after the sale
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, communication, marketing expertise, and leadership abilities. Additionally, they must be able to solve problems, find solutions to customers' needs, and work independently using necessary information technology.

Effective communication is vital for this role, as you will be coordinating with supervisors, co-workers, customers, delivery agents, and others. You will use face-to-face conversations, phone calls, emails, and other methods of communication to achieve your objectives.
