Develop a strategic public relations plan to enhance the RDX Sports brand image and market visibility.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead our PR efforts, collaborate across departments, and execute effective campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong media and influencer network, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in crisis management and brand reputation strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations plan, including press releases, social media updates, and content calendar.
  • Cultivate and maintain media relationships to secure coverage in relevant publications.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of PR content, manage product placement opportunities, and negotiate placements and track exposure generated through these channels.
  • Monitor brand sentiment, manage the brand's reputation, and develop crisis communication plans.
  • Analyse the performance of PR campaigns and ambassador/influencer partnerships, generate regular reports, and provide insights on the effectiveness of PR activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a public relations or communications role, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to travel occasionally for industry events and meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a public relations or communications role, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
