Position Summary

In the position of Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of all events in the territory for all brands. You will manage the strategic marketing direction of the brands, support and oversee marketing objectives, strategies, and philosophies. Your duties include creating, planning, executing, recapping, and evaluating marketing events and programs, integrating all platforms such as Music, Action Sports, Gaming, and Monster Girls for Monster, and aligning marketing efforts with key sales initiatives to enhance brand awareness for the Monster Energy Portfolio.

Essential Job Functions

  • Execute all events across all levels, including grassroots initiatives, relevant to Monster Energy's sports and cultural segments, targeting our key consumers.
  • Embed Monster Energy Portfolio into local sports and cultural scenes; develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders to enhance brand image in these areas.
  • Test and share ideas at events during interactions with opinion leaders for potential marketing opportunities.
  • Activate and leverage global, national, and regional events and properties in line with local market plans; utilize local media merchandising opportunities.
  • Ensure proper branding and logo use at events, approved under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
  • Conduct large-scale, event-based product sampling operations.
  • Manage budgets for both brands effectively.
  • Increase social media followers on platforms like YouTube and TikTok through various activities and promotions.
  • Identify promotional opportunities to boost sales; manage promotional items inventory and logistics to maximize brand exposure.
  • Collaborate with Licensing and Apparel teams to select relevant premium items for international markets, ensuring volume and deadline compliance.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in executing events, activations, and managing ambassadors preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in FMCG industry, understanding of P&L, and ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies preferred.
  • Fluent English required.
