We are seeking a skilled Call Center Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve customer experience and sales conversions.
You will evaluate outbound and inbound sales calls, ensure adherence to company scripts, compliance, and service standards, and verify adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices, including DNC regulations.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Call Auditing, or Sales Coaching. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
