About the Role:

This role is critical in ensuring seamless payroll management and compliance with all UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Holiday Calculations: Manage entitlements, zero-hour contracts, new starters, leavers, and holiday pay.
  2. Absence Management: Handle deductions and payments for absences.
  3. Statutory Leave and Payments: Calculate maternity, paternity, adoption leave, and statutory sick pay (SSP).
  4. Payroll Processing: Run payroll, and create payslips, P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.
  5. Timesheet Management: Oversee overtime and zero-hour contract payrolls.
  6. Compensation Management: Administer bonuses, commissions, and other payouts.
  7. Deductions: Process gross and net deductions for items such as parking fines, Ride2work schemes, and advances.
  8. Pension Administration: Manage auto-enrollment, pension holidays, and compliance.
  9. Final Calculations: Handle final salary and redundancy payments.
  10. Tax Compliance: Update tax codes and incorporate HMRC amendments.
  11. Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced functions for payroll data management and analysis.
