About the Role:

Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer - Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the office, including reception and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and consultants.
  • Manage the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Provide administrative support to program staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration and finance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
