Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for performing ongoing website and landing page updates, including content changes, image management, and plugin maintenance. Your expertise in WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins will enable you to identify, implement, and configure the necessary tools to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement content management tools and workflows to automate and streamline content creation and publishing processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective web solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, security patches, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with specific WordPress plugins relevant to marketing (e.g., Yoast SEO, Nelio, Jetpack).
• Ability to code for a mobile-first, responsive design.
• Experience building landing pages in Unbounce is a plus.
• Strong image and video editing skills—cropping, compressing, hosting.
• Experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with website analytics tools and data/query tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, BigQuery).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards.
