Job Description
Sales Success Through Customer Connection
We are seeking highly motivated and determined individuals who excel in personable and persuasive communication without being pushy. This role is ideal for those who can identify customer needs, set appointments, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients to build strong relationships.
  2. Selling products and placing customer orders in the computer system with accuracy.
  3. Providing product and service information to customers, addressing their inquiries, and offering solutions.
  4. Utilizing, maintaining, and continuously improving various sales and communication techniques to achieve success.
  5. Working with weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to drive results.
  6. Researching required information using available resources to stay informed.
  7. Routing calls to appropriate resources to ensure efficient customer service.
  8. Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures for transparency.
  9. Following up on customer calls where necessary to resolve issues.
  10. Upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  11. Completing call logs and reports to track progress.
  12. Identifying and escalating issues to a supervisor for prompt resolution.

Job Requirements

  3. The ability to work night shifts (7:30pm to 5:00am) as needed.
