Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and establish ourselves as a leader in the industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and other agreements to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Analyze customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  2. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
    • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and other agreements to drive business growth.

  3. Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
    • Develop and implement strategies to build trust, credibility, and loyalty with key stakeholders.

  4. Performance Metrics:

    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
