About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead technical project management, ensuring seamless transitions and implementation of tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telephony systems, network infrastructure, and project delivery frameworks.

This role requires hands-on involvement in planning, execution, and client coordination to ensure timely resolutions and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Understand client infrastructure and requirements to design tailored tool migration strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage tool migration projects end-to-end, from scoping to go-live support, ensuring compliance with technical and operational standards.
  • Plan and manage timelines using project management tools like Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, technical designs, and deliverables, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain smooth, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Track project issues and risks, ensuring timely resolutions and escalations, minimizing disruption and maximizing success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical principles.
  • 4-5 years of experience in client-facing technical project roles, with at least 2 years in tool migration or systems integration, showcasing expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of telephony (VoIP, SIP, ACDs) and networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls), enabling effective solution design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, CRM, or WFM platforms is a plus, indicating adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Skilled in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, navigating complex technical challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity.
  • PMP or ITIL certification is a plus, indicating commitment to professional development and industry recognition.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available to work in Eastern Time Zone (or align working hours accordingly), accommodating global operations and supporting distributed teams.
