Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions Specialist

Overview

We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions Specialist who can drive full-cycle digital projects. This role involves developing seamless digital experiences for clients, supporting and optimizing their online presence through creative and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Development: Build, update, and maintain WordPress sites using Elementor or custom code.
  • Optimize User Experience: Ensure site performance, security, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and site audits to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Track, Report, and Improve Organic Traffic Metrics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, etc.). Write or assist with ad copy, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
  • Mobile App Development: Assist in planning and developing mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • CRM & Automation: Set up and manage workflows, forms, pipelines, and automation within the Thrive CRM system.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript/PHP.
  • Strong grasp of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience using and managing Thrive CRM or similar platforms (Go High Level, HubSpot, etc.).
