Job Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions Specialist who can take ownership of full-cycle digital projects — from website and mobile app development to SEO and CRM support. You will play a key role in delivering seamless digital experiences to clients, supporting and optimizing their online presence through both creative and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

Build, update, and maintain WordPress and other CMS-based websites using Elementor or custom code.

Optimize user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Ensure site performance, security, and responsiveness.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and site audits.

Implement technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.

Track, report, and improve organic traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

Digital Marketing

Create and manage digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, etc.).

Write or assist with ad copy, landing pages, and funnel optimization.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

Mobile App Development

Assist in planning and developing mobile applications (iOS & Android).

Collaborate with design and development teams to implement features and updates.

Test and troubleshoot mobile app issues.

CRM & Automation (Thrive CRM)

Set up and manage workflows, forms, pipelines, and automation within the Thrive CRM system.

Support clients with CRM onboarding, training, and technical issues.

Maintain clean data and ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

3+ years experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript/PHP.

Strong grasp of SEO best practices and tools.

Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Experience with mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or similar) is a plus.

Experience using and managing Thrive CRM or similar platforms (Go High Level, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Canva, Figma).

Video editing or animation skills.

Experience working with API integrations or automation tools like Zapier, Make, etc.

Technical Skills

Website Development

WordPress (especially Elementor, Divi, or custom themes)

Google Ads & Facebook Ads (setup, targeting, optimization)

Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Landing page and funnel creation

Analytics and conversion tracking

Data analysis & reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager)

A/B testing and campaign optimization

Audience segmentation and targeting

Content writing/editing (basic copywriting skills)
