The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student queries, addressing administrative concerns, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and experience in using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email management tools.

Job Requirements
  • Manage Student Queries: Address concerns related to enrollment, payments, access, and other student lifecycle matters.
  • Sales & Enrollment: Guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Communication & Follow-Ups: Proactively reach out to students to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage, convince, and build trust with students.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Experience in sales, customer support, or student advisory roles is a plus.
  • Process-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email management tools.
  • High Volume Inquiries: Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Passion for Education: Focus on structured processes and systems for student success.
