Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Manager to develop and implement strategic employer branding initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and attract top talent.

The successful candidate will craft compelling narratives showcasing our company values, employee experience, and career opportunities through various channels, both internally and externally.

  • Develop comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our company vision, mission, and values.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure a consistent employer brand across all communication channels.
  • Identify key employer branding metrics and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns, making data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop engaging content highlighting company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities for various platforms (social media, career websites, portals, and internal communications).
  2. Craft authentic storytelling campaigns featuring employee spotlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes videos.
  3. Manage and update employer branding materials such as brochures, presentations, recruitment videos, and newsletters.
  4. Enhance talent attraction by managing employer branding content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2-4+ years of experience in employer branding or corporate communications.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or employer branding tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  5. Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve employer branding efforts.

Work Mode: Office-based.
