Learning Development Professional

The Learning Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance and fostering a culture of continuous development.

This role is responsible for managing learning platforms, training logistics, and driving inclusive learning practices aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement learning initiatives that align with business objectives and talent needs.
  2. Manage learning systems, ensuring content accuracy, user support, and compliance with established processes.
  3. Maintain and update learning metrics to support leadership decision-making and program evaluation.
  4. Facilitate training sessions and support internal trainers and external vendors.
  5. Conduct learning needs analysis and contribute to the creation of annual learning plans.
  6. Promote a learning culture and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related development initiatives.
  7. Gather participant feedback and measure program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR programs.
  • Prior experience in learning management system administration and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or DEI is an advantage.
