Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Telecom Operations Expert, focusing on the management and maintenance of our fiber-optic network in Jhelum district.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and service continuity by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This includes handling operational expenditure and capital expenditure requirements, as well as coordinating with external agencies to protect and safeguard our network during development activities.

Awareness sessions regarding hazard reporting and risk management in new projects are also crucial aspects of this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Flash Fiber network in Jhelum district
  • Ensure migrations and rectification of low power cases
  • Monitor and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Handle OPEX and CAPEX requirements
  • Coordinate with agencies to protect the network
