Job Overview: As an HR Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing HR functions to support our workforce. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate effective communication.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws. - Performance Management:
Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
Work closely with supervisors to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies. - Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Support career development initiatives to encourage continuous learning and growth. - Employee Engagement:
Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans. - HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and attendance, for management review.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Professional, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
