Job Title

A dynamic Operations Coordinator is needed to support the successful rollout of innovative AgeTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Tracking and Support:
  • Monitor client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
  • Client Program Setup and Configuration:
  • Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
  • Performance Insights and Reporting:
  • Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Internal Meetings and Client Updates:
  • Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
  • Client Communication:
  • Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
Operations & Administration:
  • Shipping and Inventory Management:
  • Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Data Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team.
  • CRM Data Entry:
  • Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRMs such as Pipedrive and Custify.
  • Tracking Tools and Research:
  • Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
  • Supporting Company Operations:
  • Conduct small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Detailed-Oriented Problem Solver:

  • Operational Experience:
  • You have experience in operations, administration, or client coordination.
  • Prioritization and Time Management:

  • Technical Skills:
