Customer Service and Sales Representative

This role combines customer interaction, online sales, and operational coordination to support a high-end beauty business.

  • Manage client relationships, drive bookings, and coordinate logistics for in-salon and home service appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage clients virtually via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and online booking platforms.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure seamless communication between clients and therapists.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
