Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of AI-based systems and algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy AI-based systems and algorithms that solve complex problems and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Develop and implement data collection, preprocessing, and analysis pipelines to support AI-based systems and algorithms.
  • Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate the performance of AI-based systems and algorithms.
  • Implement and maintain AI-based solutions and systems in production environments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models from OpenAI, HuggingFace, and other AI platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in PyTorch ecosystem and model development.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and fine-tuning foundation models.
  • Experience with modern Computer Vision architectures, including Vision Transformers and YOLO.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, and model deployment architecture.
  • Expertise in REST API development and Strong MLOps experience, including model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Proficiency with Cloud Services, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Experience with Reinforcement Learning and its applications.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders.
  • Strong Python programming skills, with experience in Java and C++.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks, such as Apache Spark and Dask.
  • Knowledge of modern attention mechanisms and transformer variants.
  • Experience with few-shot learning and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embedding systems.
  • Experience with model optimization using TensorRT.
  • Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
  • Knowledge of model quantization and optimization techniques.
  • Proven experience in applying AI to practical and all-inclusive technology solutions.
