**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Chief Software Architect Leader who can lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions. This role will involve developing and maintaining architectural blueprints and technical documentation, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and technology strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement robust software architecture that meets business needs and supports scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural blueprints, system designs, and implementation guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead development efforts for key projects, guiding external teams and ensuring high-quality code standards.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in architecture and code, preferably within E-commerce, FinTech, or Subscription-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with our tech stack, including Python, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases.
  • Good knowledge and experience in ERP (e.g., Odoo), CRM, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead external development teams and provide mentorship within the organization.
  • Strong expertise in conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
