Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to spearhead our QA department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our products and fostering an environment of career growth, technical excellence, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Redefine workflows and processes to elevate quality standards across all projects
  • Foster an environment of career growth, technical excellence, and teamwork, where engineers are inspired to learn and innovate
  • Monitor QA team efficiency and dynamically allocate resources based on project needs
  • Drive the transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows
  • Introduce and implement automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and AI-driven testing tools (such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to increase coverage and productivity
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, utilize advanced test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira), and ensure our QA processes stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools) and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions
  • You have a track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams, and you excel at mentorship and people development
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and an aptitude for critical thinking and detail-oriented work
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset
