Job Title: Senior SQA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SQA Engineer to join our team. As a Senior SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing infrastructure to ensure the highest quality of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, design and implement test plans, and execute tests to ensure that our products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing infrastructure using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of products.
  • Execute tests to ensure that products meet the required standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our testing infrastructure remains current and effective.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Ruby.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
