About the Role

This Technical Program Analyst will oversee systems and tools powering our Global Post-Sales Organization, including Amazon Connect, Salesforce, Slack, and others. We're looking for an experienced individual to drive a state-of-the-art agent experience rooted in Salesforce and its supporting ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in understanding business needs deeply and designing solutions for efficiency, quality, and scalability. They prioritize the customer and agent experience while identifying ways to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design processes and automation to create efficient tool configurations based on post-sales organization business needs.
  • Participate in evaluating and selecting technology tools used by post-sales teams.
  • Support management team members to accomplish technology goals.
  • Manage incoming tool/system access and configuration requests.
  • Triage day-to-day issues for internal and external tools.
  • Partner with IT and engineering to implement and troubleshoot new processes and workflows.
