Job Title: Sales Representative

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

As a frontline representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information to help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communication: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and relevant departments as necessary.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Phone Handling Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication (both verbal and written).
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
