Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of QA/Testing processes, including SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. They will be responsible for delivering accurate testing, providing reliable testing estimates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and deeply understand functional, technical, and design specifications to deliver accurate testing.
  • Provide reliable testing estimates for project planning and timelines.
  • Facilitate test plan and test case reviews with cross-functional teams to align on test scope and approach.
  • Execute, evaluate, and maintain both manual and automated test cases, clearly documenting and reporting results.
  • Lead and facilitate effective bug triage meetings to prioritize and resolve defects promptly.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to uncover underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Validate and confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and quality expectations.
  • Proactively contribute to sprint ceremonies, grooming sessions, and other agile processes to ensure early involvement of QA (shift-left testing).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2.5 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and QA.
  • ISTQB - CTFL certification preferred.
