About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving abilities. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supervising yard goat/shuttle truck drivers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with plant logistics teams to maintain the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility and to the customer.
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, including return items from the customer.
  • Lead growth of operation to support plant launch curve.
  • Ensure Safety compliance of drivers and equipment.
  • Conduct regular safety audits.
  • Give safety talks on a daily/weekly/as needed basis.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma/G.E.D.
  • 7 yrs direct experience in a trailer/container storage yard.
  • 5 yrs indirect experience in a similar role.
  • CDL-A license.
